The Mandacaru Restaurant has two environments: an air conditioned one which is richly decorated in regional style, with the capacity to seat 100 people, and an outdoor one which has a pleasant area to accommodate 150 people. During the day, the air conditioned area is much used by the executives because it offers wireless internet.
The outdoor area of the Mandacaru Restaurant extends to a charming Pool Bar, which offers a variety of drinks and appetizers and a relaxed happy hour at the edge of the pool and the waterfall.
The kitchen is under the supervision of chef Mário Costa, directly in charge of preparing the menu that includes recipes of contemporary cuisine with a touch of regional flavor and new options for those who enjoy a good meal. The specialiaties include Beijupirá steak with a cinnamon and curry sauce, and Mandacaru steak, prepared with a ginger, pineapple and mint sauce.
Mandacaru offers daily a la carte services at lunches and dinners, as well as executive lunches with prices starting at R$ 18.00 (with 10%). The restaurant also includes a tea house and an area for meetings and events (reservation required).
On Saturdays, a traditional feijoada bean stew is served with fruit cocktails, hors d´oeuvres and a complete buffet.
