Itinerary
Day 1: Balmaceda – Puerto Tranquilo
Reception at Balmaceda airport, delivery of vehicle and departure to Carretera Austral South, with destiny to Puerto Tranquilo. On the road (Km.100), you can appreciate National Reserve Cerro Castillo with its imposing beauty.
We suggest having lunch in Cerro Castillo Village. After lunch we will continue the trip until we get to Puerto Tranquilo, located on the shore of General Carrera lake, lodging in Hostal “El Puesto”.
Day 2: Puerto Tranquilo – Puerto Guadal
Breakfast, departure to navegate into the marble caves, having luch in the town named Puerto Tranquilo. After lunch we will continue to Puerto Guadal. Lodging in “Cabañas El Mirador de Playa Guadal”, located on the shore of General Carrera lake.
Day 3 Puerto Guadal – Cabañas de Puerto Guadal
Day of optional activities such as trekking, horsebackriding, etc.
Day 4: Puerto Guadal - Chile Chico – Coyhaique
Breakfast, departure to Chile Chico to embarkation, crossing over General Carrera lake. Arriving to Puerto Ibáñez to take the road to Coyhaique, lodging at “El Reloj” Hotel or similar in the city.
Day 5: Coyhaique – Balmaceda
Breakfast, departure to the airport on time to drop off of the vehicle.
