We offer two half-day itineraries: a light ride on the beach shoreline and a more challenging option in Tijuca National Park, the world's largest urban forest. Both provide a wonderful scenery for exercise, and include full-time guide support and bike rental. The beach ride starts at your hotel and we cycle along Rio's most famous beaches, stopping to drink fresh cocoanut water. We may also cycle an extra hour around the Lagoa (Rio's lake). On the forest option we drive to Tijuca Park and cycle on up-hill and down-hill paved lanes in the forest for 2 hours, visiting the park's main attractions.
