Incoming tour operator

Tasks:

The main task for the intern is to work in the sales, marketing and tour operations departments in the field of tourism. The student gets to deal with clients and suppliers, makes quotes, invoices and attends the clients in the best possible ways. Also there are some projects going on like the making of the new website of Ada Tours with updates of the site and research for new hotel/ tour possibilities. The intern is going to develop new marketing ways for the company and should work on daily activities too. For longer periods there is possibility to do marketing research or sales & promotion research and provide actions to improve market presence, preparation of trade fairs and other interesting activities.

Qualifications:

- enrolled or just finished as a student (marketing, arts, regional science, tourism, economics, journalism, etc)
- enthusiastic
- flexible
- independent
- open-minded
- responsible
- fluent in German and English
- excellent written skills in German and English
- knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish or Russian is a plus
