14-feb-07 - 1st Day (Wednesday) - Arrival
Arrival: you will arrive at the Airport Salvador Bahia
where our local guide will await you and transfer you to the
internationally well acclaimed hotel "Tropical da Bahia"
in Salvador. Rest of the day off to rest from your trip and
get adjusted to the warm climate, and, of course, experience
the pre-Carnival atmosphere.
15-feb-07 - 2nd Day (Thursday) Day at leisure, evening Carnival
Morning: enjoy your first sunrise in Salvador while you
admire the excitement of the Bahians getting prepared for carnival.
Afternoon/night: the first day of the Carnival get your
abadá (shirt) on en joy the Carnival with the bloco.
16-feb-07 - 3rd Day (Friday) Morning off night Carnival
Morning: free (suggested: hotel pool, beach or shopping).
Lunch: free (not included)
Afternoon/night: depending on the departure time of your
bloco you should be ready celebrate the Carnival.
Included:
Breakfast, Starting from this day the first refill of the fridge-bar
is free.
17-feb-07 - 4th Day (Saturday) morning off, night Carnival
Morning: free (suggested: hotel pool, beach or shopping).
Day: Carnival parade where you are expected to show up
in your Abadá (shirt). Party in the pool area of the
hotel starts at 12 o'clock and ends at 18 o'clock. Here different
bands present themselves.
Included:
Feijoada buffet, the typical Brazilian feijoada will be served
accompanied by free beer in courtesy of the hotel and partners.
18-feb-07 - 5th Day (Sunday) - Carnival
Day: Free to relax and prepare for the evening.
Night: Carnival parade through the streets of Salvador
where you can mingle with the crowd of your bloco. There will
be entertainment in the pool area from 19 o'clock when the blocos
end their parade in front of the hotel to 01 o'clock in the
morning.
19-feb-07 - 6th Day (Monday) - Carnival
Day: Free to relax and prepare for the evening.
Night: Carnival parade through the streets of Salvador
where you can mingle with the crowd of your bloco. There will
be entertainment in the pool area from 19 o'clock when the blocos
end their parade in front of the hotel to 01 o'clock in the
morning.
20-feb-07 - 7th Day (Tuesday) - Carnival
Day: Free to relax and prepare for the evening.
Night: Carnival parade through the streets of Salvador
where you can mingle with the crowd of your bloco. There will
be entertainment in the pool area from 19 o'clock when the blocos
end their parade in front of the hotel to 01 o'clock in the
morning.
21-feb-07 - 8th Day (Wednesday) - Transfer
Morning: after breakfast the guide will pick you up in
your hotel en bring you to the harbour where you will cross
the sea to rest from your Carnival days in the beautiful natural
environment of Morro de
Sao Paulo (click here for more information about Morro de São
Paulo) where the breathtaking views will give you the time
to close your visit to Brazil perfectly.
Afternoon: Arrival in Morro de Sao Paulo where a guide
awaits you to take you to your Pousada.
22-feb-07 - 9th Day (Thursday) - Leisure
Day: Day at leisure. (Suggestion: visit the city, spend
the day on the beach or enjoy the great view from your Pousada.
23-feb-07 - 10th Day (Friday) - Leisure
Day: Day at leisure. Enjoy the after carnival atmosphere
of Morro de Sao Paulo
24-feb-07 - 11th Day (Friday) - Departure
After breakfast you will take your boat back to the Salvador
harbour from where you will be transferred to the International
airport of Salvador where you can take your flight back home
after the unforgettable days you just left behind you. Till
we meet again in Brazil.
