RIO DE JANEIRO ADVENTURE - 2 DAYS IN RIO DE JANEIRO, 1 DAY THREE RIVERS OR ARRAIAL DO CABO, 1 DAY ANGRA DOS REIS, 3 DAYS PARATY

1st Day (half day)
Make a completely different visit to Rio! Climb the Sugarloaf making your Rio-experience a unique adventure!

The Trekking to the top of the Sugar Loaf is one of the most wanted. It's a great option for those who want to get to know the Brazilian's most famous post-card image in a non-conventional way, adding in a dose of adventure to the trip. Placed in one of the main climbing centers in the World, the 395 meters high rock has more than 100 options of access to its top, with every level of difficulty. It's most frequented access to the top is the "Costão", a trail that can be taken by begginers. On the way up, you will have a clear and beautiful view of Rio de Janeiro and of the Guanabara Bay. The trip takes about 2 hours and includes a small and very easy climbing section, where security equipment and procedures will be used by our experienced guides to ensure total safety to the participants. On the way down we'll take the cable car to 'Morro da Urca', and then a small trail that ends up at 'Praia Vermelha' in 20 minutes.

2nd Day (full day)
(Jeep tour / Visit to the Corcovado's Mountain / Top rope climbing / Tijuca Forest / Water falls / Hang Gliding / Sky Diving)
Pick up at 9:00hr at your hotel and drive up the hill from where the Christ the Redeemer statue looks over the city. We will visit the statue and take some pictures of the gorgeous view, and on the way down we will cross the Tijuca Forest and stop by a point to do some top rope climbing and refresh in a waterfall. Our next stop will be the National Park of Tijuca where we're going to hike up to 1021m (the second highest peak in Rio the Tijuca peak). Visit of the broad and beautiful Barra da Tijuca beach and optional Hang Gliding or Sky Diving Tandem flights. Lunch at a Churrascaria and return to hotel.

3th Day (full day)
(Down River Rafting)
Today we are going to live a rafting adventure, going down 'Paraíba' River in the city of 'Três Rios', through rapids and river crossings. The adventure is guided by experienced instructors and guides, and is done in boats and ducks with security equipment level 3.
Departure from Rio at 7 a.m.. At around 9:30 we'll have breakfast and then take a ½ hour Jeep trip to the Rafting starting point. You'll enjoy a 3 hour adventure going down rapids and canyons. We'll have lunch back at the farm and depart to Rio. The estimated arrival time is 8 p.m.

4th Day (full day)
Sailing (Charter) Angra dos Reis ( Trekking, snorkelling, rappel...)
Departure from Rio at 7 a.m.. We arrive at the Bracui harbor at 9:30 ª.m, and navigate trough the Angra bay towards our first stop: the Itanhanga Island. Here we hike to the top of the peak, do some top roping climbing, optional rappel and snorkeling. We have lunch at a sea food restaurant on the island. After lunch we continue sailing trough the bay choosing diving points and seeing different beautiful corals. We get back to the port at 5 p.m., and proceed our trip to Paraty, with overnight at a local Pousada in the center of this Beauty City. Night free to get to know this historical village.

5th Day (full day)
(Trekking of 3 days at the South Coast of Rio de Janeiro)
(Hiking, climbing, snorkeling, surfing...)

Today we will have a full adventurous day of hiking and climbing trough the protected area of Condominio Laranjeiras. This area has been protected and its ecosystems have been preserved, so we can still enjoy its beautiful natural scenery. The use of the soil, hunting, capture or introduction of domestic or wild plants and animals is prohibited in this area. Departure from Paraty at 7 a.m. towards 'Condimínio Laranjeiras'. The trail starts at 9 a.m. and we will walk along beaches, rivers and mountains to the beach where we'll spend our night in shelters and tents. The arrival is scheduled around 4 p.m, in time to set up pur tents and enjoy the gorgeous sunset. Lunch will be served on our way by the local inhabitants, fishermen and their families.

6th Day (full day)
The hardest part of the trip will start right after breakfast. We'll be going through wonderful, totally wild beaches and rivers! We'll walk towards one of the most beautiful beaches of the area, where we'll have lunch in the afternoon, and spend the night.

7th Day (full day)
Free day to enjoy the area, surf, climb up some boulders, and other activities. In the afternoon we'll take a 1 hour walk back to the boat. The estimated arrival time in Rio is 10 p.m..

Last 3 days include: Transportation / Guide / refreshments water / safety equipment / full meals/ accommodation in tents/ Fresh fish for lunch
