Due to the extensive variety of subtropical plants
and animals, Paraguay is a paradise for every botanist, hunter
and fisher and anyone else who loves nature.
All over Paraguay the beautiful Lapacho tree can
be found, whose yellow, pink or white blossoms in the summer make
every photographer enthusiastic. Paraguay also has an enormous
variety of animals. Especially in the more deserted Chaco area,
some animals that live there seem to be dating back to some prehistoric
era of the earth.
The variety of plants of the Paraguayan rivers
is enormous. In these rivers you can find Dordos, which sometimes
weigh up to 30 kg, or the delicious Surubis as well as the dreadful
Piranhas.
