CITY TOUR IN CUSCO
City Tour in Cusco walking through the Cathedral whit its exterior and interior frontage is renacentist style. Inside, you will find beautiful cedar wood statues, like the chorus and the Pulpit, as well as the paintings of Cusco School, and some objects made on silver. You will also visit the Korikancha or Sun Temple; nowadays is the Santo Domingo Church. Then you will go to the four surrounding ruins like The Sacsayhuaman Fortress, Kenko, Puca-Pucara and Tambomachay.
Sacsayhuaman fortress - an architectural complex with religious constructions, towers, channels, etc.
Kenko - has the form of the puma, an Inkan deyti. Consists of channels and ladders and have engravings with the image of animals.
Puka Pukara - was the administrative and military center consisting of platforms, stone ladders, arch passes and niches.
Tambomachay - it is known as an Inkan Bath, it was the center of Inkan worship to water.

SACRED VALLEY
Visit this handicraft Fair on the Main Square of Pisaq Town where you can find diversity and colourful textiles and potteries. You will also go to the Indian Market where the settlers from the different native communities go to sell their products. Just on Sundays, a Quechua Mass is attended by the Varayoc or Indian Leaders from the surrounding communities. Going on with our excursion, you will know the Ollantaytambo Archeological Park. Located 90 km from Cusco, it was a great agricultural, administrative, social, religious and military center in the Tawantinsuyo period.
Group excursion SIB on the sacred valley works on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

Transfer to the train station. Crossing by train to Aguas Calientes. Then transfer by bus to Machu Picchu - the lost city of the Incas. In Machu Picchu, ancient stone constructions were kept, the most significant buildings are combined from carefully processed granite blocks. In the city centre - a complex which consists of the Temple with an altar, the Temple of three windows and a sundial - Intiwatana. Lunch is included. In the evening return by train to Cuzco. Transfer to the hotel.

BUS CUSCO – PUNO
Transfer by bus for a full-day trip to Puno. We will have the opportunity to have a breathtaking view of the Andes. Stops at Pikillaqta, Andahuaylillas, Raqchi. Lunch at Sicuani. Next Stop at the highest pass along the route: La Raya (14.234 ft).
Pikillacta: This is a pre-Inca city which cultural height was reached between 800 A.D. and 1100 A.D. It features long, straight streets and big, rectangular city blocks full of buildings. It is surrounded by walls and there are spherical buildings in the western part. The flagstone and mud mortared walls are high and their foundations taper as they rise.
Andahuaylillas: Famous by its temple, well known as the Sistine Chapel of the Americas, it was built in 1580 and features a simple façade contrasted by the Baroque interior with its gilded altars, walls, paintings, and polychromatic ceilings.
Raqchi: Built in the fifteenth century, it is considered by the historians to be one of the most audacious Inca constructions. The remarkable Wiracocha temple, wide is made of adobe walls built on top of volcanic stone foundations. The complex also includes a residential area made for the Inca nobles and dozens of circular warehouses to store food.

UROS & TAQUILE ISLANDS
UROS ISLAND
A good example of the customs and traditions that are still kept by inhabitants on Titicaca Lake is the Uros Floating Island where the Settlers are still living as their ancestors and keep the costumes, culture, and its community life. There are “floating islands” that they have artificially made entirely of totora reeds, and they navigate in their traditional boats also made out of totora reeds. The Uros are descendants of one of the oldest towns of America. Their main activities are fishing and hunting.
TAQUILE ISLAND
Taquile is known for its kindness of its residents, its ancestral skill in weaving, its pre-Columbian constructions, and lovely countryside. This island as the Uros Island is inside the Titicaca National Reserve (36,180 hectares) where are protected extensive stretches of totora reeds and numerous species of animals and plants. In the highest part of the island Pre-Inca vestiges were found. During the Colonial period and up to the first years of the last century, the island was used as a political prison, until it became property of the Taquile people in 1970. The town of the same name, Taquile, is characterized by its friendly inhabitants, who maintain their customs and traditional clothing.

FLIGHT OVER NAZCA LINES
Their Origin and purpose are still a great mystery. According to Dr. Maria Reiche who has spent all her life studying these lines, this is the largest astronomical Calendar of the world. These huge figures are visible only from height. We fly over the mysterious lines on the sand spreading over a 350km2 area. These lines show several animals and plants like spiders, monkey, the dog, the lizard, the humming bird, the condor and so on, in a dimension that range 15 to 300 meters each one and with a 30 cm deep approximately.

NATIONAL PARACAS RESERVE
Peru’s only Maritime Reserve with a 335,000 hectares Surface (117,406 hectares land and 217,594 hectares ocean surface). In February and March here it is possible to see the gentle flamingos eating in bay of Paracas. It is possible to see different kinds of birds and animals which live on coast too. Upon termination of excursion the opportunity to take a walk, pleasure is given by the nature.

Excursion on a motor boat into Pacific ocean where it is possible to observe an abundance of rare sea animals in their natural habitat: pelicans, sea lions, Humboldt's penguins, sea otters, dolphins and almost 2 hundred kind of birds. On road to islands tourists will see the "candelabrum", which origin is a mystery. The candelabrum - huge figure on a rock, cut by ancient priests during immemorial times, it is on northwest of the gulf of Paracas. There are different versions: one of which, that it was a sign on pirates, another: the beginning of the Nazca Lines.
