This Mini Yucatan Tour 3 days will be the right way to see it all, its main highlights, and the best locations to catch the most authentic and beautiful areas of Yucatan.
You will enjoy the most touristic venues, the seaside,
the shopping, and the local food in some fancy restaurant,
the historical and explorative part of the tour in search of the ancient Mayan ruins,
the unforgettable unique worldwide sensation, the Mayan Riviera.

Day 1: Cancun - Tulum - Coba – Merida

Departure from any hotel in Cancun and Riviera Maya (9:00 am approx). Tulum is the only place where you can find beachfront Mayan ruins. It was one of the last cities inhabited and built by the ancient Maya, and it even managed to survive for another 70 years after the Spanish began occupying Mexico. Due to its location on the cliffs of the Caribbean Coast, it used to be an important commercial and political center. Today it is one of the most popular Mayan sites to visit, certainly also because of its magnificent white-sandy beaches with the sublimely turquoise waters, rivaling the best of the Caribbean. At the archaeological site, don ́t miss the “castle,” “the temple of the frescoes,” and “the house of the columns.” Let's continue with a visit to Coba, one of the most important and oldest Mayan treasures in the region. The archaeological site contains many temples as well as a legendary ball game area. After a 1.5km walk, we arrive at the Nohoch Muul Pyramid (the tallest pyramid in the region) from the top of which you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sub-tropical jungle that surrounds Coba. Finally, arrive at your hotel in Merida. Included: Shared Transportation, Local Guided visit to Archeological Site of Tulum and Coba with English Speaking Guide, Entry to Archeological Site of Tulum and Coba, Overnight at Hotel in Merida. Cancun – Tulum – 2 Hrs Tulum – Coba – 1 hrs Coba – Mérida – 2 h 20 min

Day 2: Uxmal & Kabah

Uxmal is the most prominent archaeological site of the Puuc Route, a series of ancient Mayan cities that share the same architectural patterns. Once upon a time, Uxmal was one of the most important ceremonial centers of the ancient Maya civilization. It can still be considered one of the most beautiful pre-Hispanic archaeological sites on the American continent, thanks to the proportion of its majestic constructions. The precision and elegance of the decorations are astonishing. Visit the Pyramid of the Magician, the Quadrangle of the Nuns, and the Governor's Palace. Later, we'll go south to explore Kabah. This site is located close to Uxmal and belongs to the Puuc route as well. In Kabah, we will see the famous Arch that connects the city with Uxmal, the Great Pyramid, and the stunning Temple of the Masks. At night and with a colder climate, you will enjoy the most important places of this beautiful city (on your own), also known as "The White City." Mérida was founded in 1542 by the Spaniard Francisco de Montejo. Nowadays, Merida is the capital city of the Mexican state of Yucatan, with still a strong influence of Mayan cultural heritage. It features a fascinating combination of art, history, and culture, with cobbled streets, stunning architecture, lovely parks, and delicious gastronomy. Included: Breakfast in Hotel, Shared Transportation, Local Guided visit to Archeological Site of Uxmal and Kabah with Bilingual Speaking Guide (English-Spanish Language), Entry to Archeological Site of Uxmal and Kabah, Overnight at Hotel in Merida. Merida – Uxmal – 1 hr Uxmal – Kabah – 25 min Kabah – Mérida – 1 hr 30 min

Day 3: Merida - Chichen Itza – Cancun

At the end of the Early Classic Period, around the year 600 AD, Chichen Itza was one of the largest and most prominent Maya cities. Nowadays, Chichen Itza is undoubtedly the best-preserved Maya site on the Yucatan peninsula, and it was recently declared one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Various architectural styles are seen in Chichen Itza. The most famous landmarks are the Temple of Kukulkan (“El Castillo”), the Ballgame Court, the Platform of the Skulls, the Temple of the Jaguar, the Observatory, the One Thousand Columns, and the Sacred Cenote. Have lunch in a local restaurant (not included), and continue to Cancun. Drop off at your hotel (beach extension available upon request). Included: Breakfast in Hotel, Lunch in a Local Restaurant in Chichén Itzá, Shared Transportation, Local Guided visit to Archeological Site of Chichen Itza with Bilingual Speaking Guide (English – Spanish Language), Entry to Archeological Site of Chichen Itza, Drop off at Hotel in Cancun or Playa del Carmen. (Drop Off in Riviera Maya or Tulum with extra supplement $25 USD per person). Merida – Chichen – 2 Hrs Chichen – Cancun – 3 hr

Dear Anna, Alexandra, Iona and the rest of the team at Ada Tours
Feed-back from a happy, satisfied customer!
A very big thank you for your very efficient services, Hospitality and most importantly your patience throughout the tour of my client. Dr. Chrysantha Mendis is very happy with the entire Tour. You did a fantastic job by organizing a detailed tour package covering 7 countries, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, and Brazil. Dr. Mendis has enjoyed all the countries though he could not do a few tours in Peru which is understandable due to political unrest. We will recommend Ada Tours to all our clients in Sri Lanka and will start promoting your tours in our website.
Best wishes and kind regards,
Shamali

Hi Anna, thank you for the update on the glasses. I’ll wait and see what happens! Alan and I are now back in the UK. We loved our trip to the Pantanal and Bonito. Our guide, Alessandra was brilliant with lots of knowledge and very considerate and helpful. The only hitch we had was on our flight back to Rio because the second leg of the trip was cancelled and we were rescheduled to a later plane and our luggage was mislaid. Fortunately it arrived in Rio a day later, before we flew home. Thank you for arranging the trip.
Best wishes Carol

Hello Anna and Natalia,
Thank you for all your help with our trip! I know our group was difficult, and I appreciate your patience with us. We loved the tours, the horseback ride, and the absolutely beautiful lunch at the vineyard. Our guides and drivers were fantastic, especially Luis. And the hotels were perfectly located. It was such a convenience to be centrally located in both Lisbon and Madeira.
I hope you enjoy a wonderful holiday and I look forward to working with you in the new year!
